Frozen Buttercream Lucky Charms Treats
A creamy, buttery frozen delight that’s simply, sweet and the perfect St. Patrick’s Day treat!

Directions:
Liberally spray each cupcake tin with Pam butter spray; trust me you want this! It’s what gives the delicious added buttercream flavor. Now put the entire cupcake tray on your food scale and tare it out. Measure 9g of whipped cream into each cupcake (tare-ing as you go). Remove the cupcake tray from the scale. Now measure out individual 3g of Lucky Charms per cupcake and sprinkle in. Cover cupcake tray in Saran Wrap (important step so it doesn’t taste like the freezer!) pop in and freeze for 2 hours minimum. Once frozen you can use a knife to leverage them out but they should pop out easily-enjoy!
