Pulled BBQ Chicken Nachos


These are absolutely πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ and a PERFECT Super Bowl treat.

You’ll need to make my 1 Pt Pulled BBQ Chicken ahead of time but otherwise these are the easiest thing EVER. You can make a bigger batch for just 1 more point by using 41 good thins; shown here in the additional pictures and YES you can eat that WHOLE SHEETPAN for 4 pts!!

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Dice and prep veggies; set aside. Cover baking tray with foil and spread good thins flat , close together but minimally overlap. Cover with cheese, spray cheese liberally with EVOO spray. Top generously with pulled BBQ chicken and jalapeΓ±os. Pop in oven for 5-10 mins (check for when cheese is melted; varies by oven- mine was 6 mins). Remove, add lettuce, onions, tomatoes. Top with sour cream and drizzle with Cholula. Enjoy!
