Jalapeño, Egg & Cheese Wake-Up Wrap


I’m always in the market for lazy and tasty. It’s all about the perfect wrap to egg ratio. Add a bit of spice, some cheese and you’ve got morning magic. This isn’t rocket science, you’ve probably seen it before haha but here’s my take on quick, filling and delish!

Ingredients:

🥚 2 Eggs (or 2 Servings of Eggbeaters) | 💙💜: 0, 💚: 3 with Egglands’s Best or 1 if using Eggbeaters

🧀 1/4 Cup of Fat Free Shredded Cheddar | 💙💜💚: 0

🌶 Pickles Jalapeños | 💙💜💚: 0

🧅 White Onion, Sliced very thin | 💙💜💚: 0

🫓 1 Tumaros White Wrap | 💙💜💚: 1

🍶 EVOO Cooking Spray | 💙💜💚: 0

🧂 Salt & Pepper | 💙💜💚: 0


Directions:

Spray medium size pan with EVOO over medium heat. Crack 2 eggs into the pan. Top with FF shredded cheddar; spray cheese with EVOO spray for premium meltage. Add sliced jalapeños and onions and season with salt and pepper. Let eggs cook until they’re starting to be about over medium, then cover with the wrap. Let cook for about another minute until the cheese and eggs have fuzed to the wrap. Carefully using a spatula, flip the wrap and eggs over so the wrap is now on the bottom. Fold in half into a tortilla. Flip a few more times until browned on both sides, serve immediately!
