The Best Pulled BBQ Chicken
This is so good it tastes like I went to one of my fave BBQ spots in Austin (looking at YOU Franklin BBQ!). So so easy too which is the game changer! Honestly the YUMMIEST thing I’ve ever made in the crockpot.

Ingredients:
🐓 4 Large Chicken Breasts (2 packages; about 2 lbs): 💙💜: 0, 💚: 21
🍬 1/3 Cup of Lakanto Golden Monkfruit Sweetener: 💙💜💚: 0
🍖 16 oz. Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Sugar Free BBQ Sauce: 💙💜💚: 7
🍎 2 Tablespoons of Apple Cider Vinegar: 💙💜💚: 0
🧄 1 Teaspoon of Garlic Powder: 💙💜💚: 0
🧅 1/2 Teaspoon of Onion Powder: 💙💜💚: 0
🧂 1/2 Teaspoon of Smoked Paprika: 💙💜💚: 0
🌶 1/4 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper* (optional if you don’t want spice - omit): 💙💜💚: 0
🍶 EVOO Cooking Spray: 💙💜💚: 0
Directions:
Spray crockpot with cooking spray. Place chicken breasts in bottom of pot, spray with cooking spray. Cover chicken with BBQ sauce. Next add monkfruit, vinegar and spices and mix all around until well incorporated and covering chicken. Cook on low in crockpot for 6 hours. At 6 hours remove and shred chicken. Return shredded chicken to pot and serve immediately.
